Conditions of use and purchase


Registering on ladenac.com is free. The customer will have access to their personal details through the use of a password and will be able to change their details at any point. The customer is not obliged to register and can unsubscribe at any point. The information we receive when a customer registers is completely confidential and only VILA HERMANOS CERERIA, S.A. will have access to it.


Shipping charges are paid on the Peninsula by VILA HERMANOS CERERIA, S.A.. The cost of shipping to the Balearic Islands is €5 VAT.
We currently only sell within mainland Spain, therefore we do not sell to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
IMPORTANT: Should it be discovered upon delivery by the carrier that there is a lack of conformity, or the merchandise is visibly damaged, it must be stated as such on the carrier’s delivery note and brought to the attention of VILA HERMANOS CERERIA, S.A. immediately, or within 24 hours of the receipt of goods, by contacting the after-sales department of VILA HERMANOS CERERIA S.A.. In any case you must always verify that the goods have been delivered in perfect condition and it is always recommended that you write on the delivery note “CONFORMS WITHOUT EXAMINATION” to be able to claim later, as otherwise it will be assumed that the products were received in correct condition.


The standard delivery time for each product is 24/48 hours (working days), although it can be up to 72 hours.. However, we remind you that this lead time is only a guide, and is not in real time. If you need to know the exact availability of an item, you should check by using a contact form and/or by contacting our customer service department.

The delivery time can vary according to manufacturing and importation.

VILA HERMANOS CERERIA, S.A. can make multiple deliveries without any extra charge, although this fact is the exclusive authority of VILA HERMANOS CERERIA, S.A..

If, for matters of urgency, you need a partial delivery of an order before the date of order completion, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service department. VILA HERMANOS CERERIA, S.A. reserves the right to apply an additional transport charge and/or cash on delivery in such a situation.

The current sale prices when placing an order are those that appear on the screen, except for typographical errors. VILA HERMANOS CERERIA, S.A. reserves the right to modify the prices.

The installation of products is not included in their price.

The prices will indicate the Value Added Tax (VAT).

All prices are expressed in Euros and without tax.

Value Added Tax (VAT) will be applied in Spain.


The customer will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from delivery of the order to cancel, totally or partially, purchase of the product, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Once the period of fourteen (14) calendar days comes to an end, VILA HERMANOS CERERIA, S.A. will no longer accept returns due to order cancellation.

The procedure for cancelling an order will begin by the customer placing a request by opening management through the Customer Service Department that appears on the website and sending it to VILA HERMANOS CERERIA, S.A. The Customer Service Department will respond within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the request, advising instructions for return, should it be approved.

Once the return number is received by the client, they will have a period of seven (7) days in which to return the goods, beginning from the return notification to VILA HERMANOS CERERIA, S.A., by sending us the product (indicating on the parcel the return number assigned) to the following address: Pol. Ind. La Costera, s/nº. 46869 Atzeneta de Albaida (Valencia).

VILA HERMANOS CERERIA, S.A. will check the quality of the returned product in their warehouse, reserving the right to refuse the refund should they discover the product has not been received in perfect condition. Take into account particularly that VILA HERMANOS CERERIA, S.A. will verify the merchandise when it arrives at our installations and that under no circumstances will be made responsible for potential damages caused by transport companies not contracted by VILA HERMANOS CERERIA, S.A..

Should the customer want VILA HERMANOS CERERIA, S.A. to manage a collection of merchandise, they will have to: contact our customer service department, sending us photos of the product to be returned before and after being packaged, in order to verify that the goods are in perfect condition before being collected by the transport company.

It is important that the original product box be kept during the cancellation period, since, should the goods not be received in their original packaging, the value of the product received will be reduced to zero.

VILA HERMANOS CERERIA, S.A. will manage the refund of the returned merchandise through the same method of payment that was used by the client for the purchase of the Products. There will be no refund provided for any additional costs for delivery, cash on delivery, installation nor start-up, if there were any. The payments will be made in EUROS.


The guarantee for products sold by VILA HERMANOS CERERIA, S.A. is provided and established in virtue of the regulation contained in the current legislation, in particular, in the aforementioned R.D. 1/2007, article 114 et seq., a legal framework that aims to provide the consumer with distinct options in order to demand compensation when the goods received don’t conform to the contract, giving them the option to demand reparation and substitution of the goods, except if one of these is deemed impossible or disproportionate. Should reparation or substitution be deemed impossible or disproportionate, the consumer will be able to demand a price reduction or resolution of the contract.

In the case of lack of conformity of the product, a period of two years is recognised for a consumer and a period of one year for professionals and the self-employed, from the moment of delivery, so that the buyer can make their rights effective. However, only in the 6 months following delivery will it be assumed that the lack of conformity already existed at the time of delivery, and it is up to the buyer to prove that the goods were non-compliant, in accordance with Article 114 et seq. R.D. 1/2007. The consumer will need to inform VILA HERMANOS CERERIA, S.A. regarding the lack of conformity within a period of two months from having been made aware of said non-conformity.

The guarantee will lose its value:
  • If any of its information, or that of the receipt, is modified, altered or substituted.
  • If said guaranteed device is manipulated or repaired without the knowledge of Technical Services.
  • Should the receipt be absent.
  • In the case of a voltage surge or connection to an inadequate voltage.

Should the customer wish to cancel an order that they have already transmitted, which is in the process of manufacture or importation, they will need to cover all costs incurred, such as transport, customs costs, etc.

VILA HERMANOS CERERIA, S.A. reserves the right to accept or cancel any order, returning any cost incurred by the customer and remaining exempt from any other obligation.


In agreement with the Organic Law 15/1999 (LOPD) of the 13th of December and with the Law 34/2002, of the 11th of July, on Information Society Services and E-Commerce, we inform you that your information will be incorporated into our files (Customers), which has been notified in the General Registry of Data Protection, with the goal of permitting existing commercial transactions and/or the sending of advertising or offers of our products, provided that no objection is expressed .

We would like to remind you that you can exercise your right to access, rectify, oppose or cancel processing of your personal information by communicating in writing, providing a copy of your identification document, to VILA HERMANOS CERERIA, S.A. SL.


All purchases and sales are subject to Spanish legislation. Should any conflict or discrepancy arise in the interpretation or application of the present contractual conditions, the Courts and Tribunals that will handle the matter will be those of the judicial district of Valencia.
